When can we check in and check out?

You are welcome at Moble Homestead any time after 2pm on your arrival day. Mid -afternoon is great so you can settle in before dark and take advantage of an afternoon sundowner. Check- out by 10am. Please be aware we are a working sheep and cattle station and we may depart earlier than you some mornings!

Are you pet friendly?

We love animals, but we are a sheep and cattle property and do not allow pets to stay with us.

Do you have mobile phone service?

Our mobile phone service is very intermittent and only Telstra phones will work in our area. You are welcome to use the free landline for calls within Australia.

Do you have wifi?

We have limited satellite wifi available and Telstra signal in the Homestead complex.

What UHF channel do you use?

UHF 14

Are children welcome?

Moble Homestead is on a natural creek system with many deep, unfenced waterholes surrounding it. This makes it unsuitable for children who are not confident, competent swimmers, it is simply not safe for them. We generally do not accept bookings for children under 12 years of age.

Is the garden at Moble open for visitors?

The Moble Homestead garden will be opening this season at certain times. Please check out the Experiences tab for opening times.

What our guests say

  • Thank you for making our anniversary one to remember the service and facilities were impeccable, would highly recommend it to anyone wanting an extra special time away I the outback. Thanks again, we will be back again soon.

    — COREY R
  • I just love it! The family, the food and the Jacks are the perfect combo for a break away in the spectacular outback in a beautiful creative country garden.

    — Megan T
  • I have never, in all my travels, come across anything like Moble. Brian, Kylie and Meg are the sincerest, most genuine and fantastically capable hosts. We arrived as coincidental customers, and will most certainly be back as friends.

I cannot emphasise strongly enough how great everything about Moble is, and would pay 5 times the price to stay there again.

    — Chris S
  • Moble Homestead always feels like home, delightful people and superb accommodation. An unforgettable experience.

    — Di M
